What makes SMBC different from other buttercreams?

It's a perfect preparation for cakes and fillings. It shares some characteristics with butter: at room temperature, it’s soft and easy to work with, while when refrigerated, it firms up and adds stability. Personally, I prefer this recipe because, besides being very practical, it’s truly delicious.
